A statewide education association supporting executive leadership, boards, districts, and school communities.

The Work

Over a five-year engagement, I partnered with the association to support executive leaders through large-scale organizational and cultural change. The work focused on helping leaders adopt new ways of working, develop adaptive leadership skills, and integrate technology into education and student support systems with confidence and care.

This partnership spanned a critical period of transition, including the shift to remote work, online education delivery, and increased attention to emotional wellness in the workplace.
