Judicial system, medical care, and tribal services serving members nationwide
Home Office: Durant, Oklahoma

The Choctaw Nation serves a large and geographically dispersed population of tribal members across the United States. As services expanded in scope and reach, leadership identified a need to modernize how systems, teams, and departments communicated and operated together.
The goal was not simply to implement new technology, but to ensure that judicial services, medical care, HR, and tribal operations could work in a coordinated, efficient, and reconcilable way while maintaining trust, sovereignty, and service excellence.
The Nation faced several interconnected challenges:
Disconnected systems across judicial, medical, HR, and operational functions
Limited visibility and coordination across departments and locations
The need to serve tribal members nationwide while maintaining a strong connection to the home office in Durant
Complex change management requirements across multiple service areas
Ensuring accurate, reconcilable payments and data flow across systems
Supporting staff through technology adoption without disrupting critical services
Technology selection alone was not enough. Success depended on leadership alignment, cultural sensitivity, and structured change management.
I partnered with leadership across judicial, medical, and tribal service departments to support both technology adoption and organizational change.
My role focused on helping leaders and teams move through transition with clarity, trust, and speed.
Guided leadership through structured change management across multiple departments
Helped teams understand not just what was changing, but why
Supported adoption through clear communication, pacing, and training strategies
Supported the implementation and adoption of Tyler Technologies – Odyssey for judicial case management
Supported workforce management and internal communication workflows using Kronos
Supported HR transformation and workforce operations through Workday
Helped align systems to support accurate, reconcilable payments across departments
Supported operational workflows to reduce delays and errors in service delivery
Improved visibility and coordination between judicial, medical, and tribal services
Helped design communication approaches that connected tribal members across the U.S. with the Durant home office
Supported internal teams in adopting consistent, reliable communication practices
Ensured technology enabled connection rather than fragmentation
Change was implemented without disrupting critical services, while maintaining trust and operational integrity.
This engagement demonstrates my ability to work within complex, mission-critical environments where technology, governance, and human impact intersect.
It reflects experience in:
Large-scale change management
Government and tribal systems
Judicial and healthcare operations
Enterprise technology adoption
Financial and operational reconciliation
Most importantly, it shows how thoughtful leadership and intentional change can improve service delivery while honoring the people and communities served.
